Returns Policy

At Dropleather, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a simple return process to make things right.

1. Return Timeframe

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility

  • All products can be returned to our dedicated warehouse in Europe.

  • Custom or personalized products are only eligible for return if there is an issue with the product, such as:

    • Defect or damage

    • Color mismatch

    • Size error
      In such cases, we offer a replacement or a full refund.

3. Condition for Returns

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Products will be verified by our team upon arrival before the return is accepted.

4. How to Return a Product

  1. Log in to your Dropleather account.

  2. Navigate to your dashboard and select the order you wish to return.

  3. Click Return to generate a free return ticket, which includes the warehouse address.

  4. Send the item to our warehouse following the instructions in the ticket.

5. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds can be issued either:

    • To your original payment method (1–7 business days to process)

    • As a balance in your Dropleather account (immediate)

  • For eligible custom items, we can either replace the product or issue a full refund.

6. Exceptions

  • Custom or personalized products that do not have defects, color, size, or other issues cannot be returned.

7. International Returns

  • Returns are accepted from any country.

  • Shipping costs for the return are covered by Dropleather via the free return ticket.

8. Processing Time

  • Once your return is received, our team will review and verify the item within 24–48 hours.

  • Approved refunds or replacements will then be processed immediately.
